Voces Cellars is a Napa Valley winery founded in 2002 by first-generation winemaker Fernando Candelario. El Viajero (“The Traveler”) is their Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon, aged roughly 48 months in French oak (40% new), built to bridge the boldness of California fruit with old-world restraint and structure.
Tasting Notes
Aromas of juicy blackberry and black mission fig give way to notes of sage and violet. Silky on the palate, with the label's signature dusty tannins framing dark berry, currant and vanilla flavors, and graphite and clove emerging on a long, supple finish.
