Botromagno has been producing wine in Gravina, in Italy's Puglia region, for over thirty years, working with local grape varieties under fully organic vineyard management. This Primitivo is grown on loamy soil, hand-picked in the first ten days of September, vinified in steel tanks and French oak barrels at controlled temperatures, and aged in steel.
Tasting Notes
Ruby red tending towards purple. The nose offers a complex bouquet of fruity and spicy aromas dominated by ripe red fruits such as cherries, plums and blackberries; the palate is rich and enveloping, with vibrant tannins giving a dynamic structure and a fresh finish.

Pairs with grilled and roasted meats, hearty pasta and aged cheeses.
