Cantina Andriano (Kellerei Andrian), founded in 1893, is among the oldest cooperative wineries in Alto Adige in northern Italy. This Pinot Grigio is fermented at controlled temperature in stainless steel and then aged and matured on the fine lees for six months.
Tasting Notes
Light straw yellow, with a fruity bouquet reminiscent of ripe honeydew melon; the palate is soft and full, with a well-balanced, long finish.
Pairing Recommendation
Serve at 10-12 C; it pairs well with fish, white meats and lighter pasta dishes.
