Profile & Story
Chateau de l'Escarelle sits in the heart of Provence, with 110 hectares of organic vineyards set within 1,200 hectares of preserved nature. The estate is certified organic and holds Haute Valeur Environnementale certification, farming chalky soils with vines planted up to 500 meters in altitude, and is a recognized pilot site for butterfly and biodiversity conservation. Rumeurs is its Coteaux Varois en Provence rose, a blend of Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah.
Tasting Notes
A pale Provencal rose, dry and crisp, with delicate red-fruit and citrus aromas and a fresh, mineral finish.
