Gagliole is a Tuscan estate guided by the Bar family, farming 22 hectares organically across three Chianti Classico locations - Castellina in Chianti, Panzano in Chianti and Badia a Passignano - combining respect for tradition with technical precision. Rubiolo is a Chianti Classico DOCG made from 100 percent Sangiovese, with thermally controlled indigenous-yeast fermentation and 20-day maceration, aged ten months in barrique and 40-hectoliter French oak vats followed by three months in concrete tank.

Serve at 18 C, and enjoy within three to five years of release; it pairs with pasta, grilled meats and Tuscan cheeses.
