Ashbrook Estate was founded in 1975 in Wilyabrup, Margaret River, Western Australia, by the Devitt family -- the region's tenth winery, with its first vintage in 1979. Sixteen hectares of estate vineyards produce around 12,000 cases a year, hand-picked and processed entirely on-site. The Semillon is made in an unwooded style to preserve varietal freshness, with staggered harvesting across estate blocks building a range of flavor from grassy and sugar-snap-pea to lemon barley and ripe citrus.
