Jerome Calmes is an oenologist who became a winemaker in 2004, acquiring vineyards north of Feline-Minervois near the hamlet of Camplong, planted on schist and limestone soils. He has produced wine under the Minervois-La Liviniere appellation (the first Languedoc cru, recognized in 1999) since the 2017 vintage, dedicating his entire ~1.5-hectare classified holding to it. The blend composition (Syrah, Grenache, and/or Carignan) varies by vintage.
