Profile & Story
Champagne Pierre Gobillard is a family estate in Hautvillers, birthplace of Champagne and home of the monk Dom Perignon. Hervé and Florence Gobillard bring four generations of know-how to the house; their children Pierre-Alexis and Chloe have since joined to carry on the family style. The vineyards extend across the Hautvillers and Cumieres districts. Brut Rose is a blend of 70% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir and 10% still red wine from Champagne.
Tasting Notes
A pretty pastel pink with slight salmon nuances. Floral aromas of jasmine mingle with notes of exotic fruit. The palate is supple and fresh, with a lovely pink pomelo (grapefruit) fruitiness.
