2023 La Cour des Graces Grenache & Mourvedre

Profile & Story

La Cour des Graces is a collaboration between former sommelier Thierry Pommet, who represents wines from Michelin-starred restaurants across the south of France, and winemaker Daniel Orsolini, who has worked with the Rothschild family and various private-label clients; the pair are based in Saint-Remy-de-Provence and source organically farmed fruit from growers across the Southern Rhone. This bottling, from the lieu-dit Le Pre des Suves near the village of Fournes, is grown on old bush vines of Grenache and Mourvedre planted in iron-rich orange clay studded with large galets stones, and is vinified in concrete tanks and bottled without fining or filtration.
