Domaine Siret-Courtaud is based at Le Grand Rosieres in Lunery, part of the Siret family's Domaines Siret, which farm the Quincy and Chateaumeillant appellations of the Loire Valley. The Quincy vineyard sits on an ancient terrace of the Cher river, its sand-and-gravel soils long prized for bright, mineral Sauvignon Blanc; Quincy, one of France's oldest appellations, dating to 1936, is planted exclusively to the grape. This wine is Domaine Siret-Courtaud's 100% Sauvignon Blanc Quincy.
