Domaine Jerome Fornerot is based near one of Burgundy's oldest Romanesque churches in Saint-Aubin, where Jerome farms with passion and tradition, diversifying the domaine's range of appellations over the years; the estate grew from 7.5 hectares in 2018 to 16.5 hectares after inheriting family parcels, mostly in Saint-Aubin, following the death of his father Jean-Charles. Santenay 'Les Charrons' is the domaine's white bottling from this southern Cote de Beaune village, made from Chardonnay.
