Collemattoni farms 12 hectares on a hilltop on the southern edge of Montalcino, near the village of Sant'Angelo in Colle, with Sangiovese as its signature variety across 7.5 of those hectares; the estate has been organically certified since the 2016 vintage. This Rosato -- what Montalcino producers call their rosé -- is 100% Sangiovese.
Tasting Notes
A beautiful salmon color, with scents of strawberry and melon carrying through on both the aroma and the palate.
