Feudo Montoni has produced wine on its historic grounds in the Sicilian interior since 1469, today overseen by Fabio Sireci, the third generation of his family to run the estate. The vineyards sit at 500 to 750 meters, isolated by surrounding wheat fields that have helped protect pre-phylloxera vines still growing on their own roots; the estate farms organically to preserve this unusual ecosystem.
