Iuli is the Monferrato estate of Fabrizio Iuli, whose family's land has been farmed for four generations without ever using chemicals. The vineyards are worked by hand and farmed organically with biodynamic principles, and the wines are made with native yeasts, unfined and unfiltered, with sulfur added only after fermentation and just before bottling, in a cellar that has made wine for over 300 years. 'Natalin' is 100% Grignolino, named for Fabrizio's grandfather's nickname -- Grignolino was the wine his grandfather loved most.
