Pojer & Sandri Chardonnay

Profile & Story

Pojer e Sandri was founded in 1975 in Faedo, near San Michele all'Adige in Trentino, as a partnership between winemaker Mario Pojer and landowner Fiorentino Sandri. Today the estate farms 33 hectares between 250 and 700 meters of elevation, producing wine, spirits and vinegar with a minimal-intervention approach rooted in organic principles. This Chardonnay comes from the estate's higher-elevation sites.
