Profile & Story
Romio is a wine label of Caviro, Italy's leading wine cooperative, founded in 1966 and today uniting 36 partner wineries and more than 18,000 grape growers across the country's major winegrowing regions. This Prosecco is produced in the Veneto/Friuli area from 100% Glera grapes, vinified in the Charmat method to preserve the variety's natural freshness and aromatic character.
Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is intensely fragrant, showing green apple, pear, and white flower aromas typical of Glera, carrying through to a rounded, fresh palate with a crisp, clean finish.
