San Polino is a small, certified organic-biodynamic family farm in Montalcino, with just 4.5 hectares under vine worked entirely by hand. 'Helichrysum' -- named for the aromatic wild herb that grows across the property -- comes from the estate's highest vineyards, at 450 meters on south-facing slopes of sandy, loamy, volcanic soil.
