Frédéric Cossard is a leading figure in Burgundy's natural wine scene, farming his own Chassorney estate around Saint-Romain and Auxey-Duresses while also vinifying négociant fruit under his own name from further afield. ‘Super Pink’ is one of those négociant cuvées: 100% Cinsault from 20-year-old organic vines on clay-limestone soil in Vaison-la-Romaine, Vaucluse (Southern Rhône) – outside Cossard's home Burgundy base. Grapes are hand-harvested and direct-pressed, with a brief four-day ferment in stainless steel to preserve freshness, bottled without fining, filtration or added sulfites.

Suggested with fish, white meats, and summer dishes such as barbecue, tapas and smoked fish, served at 8-10°C (per retailer notes).
