Profile & Story
Marie Rocher makes wine without owning vines, sourcing organic fruit from growers around the former Clos Roche Blanche site in the Cher valley, Touraine. Her connection to natural wine dates to the 1990s, when she worked a harvest with Marcel Lapierre. ‘Voilà l'été’ is a direct-pressed rosé of 100% Cabernet Franc, unfined and unfiltered, with only 1-3g/L of SO2 added at bottling.
