Henri Bourgeois has devoted ten generations to Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir from its base in Chavignol, becoming one of Sancerre's best-known family producers. Petit Bourgeois draws 100% Sauvignon Blanc from vineyards across the Loire Valley's Val de Loire, fermented in steel tanks and left on its fine lees for three months before bottling.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow color with a floral, fruity bouquet of white flowers, citrus and passion fruit; the 2023 shows fragrant white peach and pomelo with lime zest and field grass, and a palate of lemon citrus, crabapple and white nectarine.
