Maison Saint Aix is one of the largest estates in the AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence, farming an unirrigated plateau at roughly 1,400 feet - among the appellation's highest vineyards. AIX Rose blends 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 20% Cinsault, direct-pressed and cold-macerated at low temperature for five to six hours.
Tasting Notes
A hypnotizing salmon-pink color with notes of strawberry, watermelon, peach and subtle floral hints, carrying through to a long, precise, mineral finish.
