Mionetto was founded in 1887 in Valdobbiadene, in the heart of Italy's Prosecco region, and remains one of the appellation's best-known houses. This vintage-dated Prosecco Rose DOC blends 90% Glera with 10% Pinot Nero, the red grape vinified with several days of skin contact before the wine's Charmat-method second fermentation.
Tasting Notes
A fruity bouquet of honey, berries and citrus, with well-balanced acidity and refreshing notes of red berries and grapefruit carried by elegant, fine bubbles.
