Profile & Story
Maison Mirabeau was founded in 2010 by Stephen and Jeany Cronk on a 25-hectare estate in the Provencal countryside near Saint-Tropez; winemaker Nathalie Longefay, raised in a Beaujolais winemaking family, joined the project after moving south in 2006. Forever Summer blends Syrah/Shiraz with Caladoc.
Tasting Notes
A pale apricot color with red fruit, raspberry and pomegranate on the nose, underpinned by a delicate peppery spice; the palate is round and fruitful with white cherry and pomegranate leading to a fresh, citrus finish.
Pairing Recommendation
A natural match for light salads and seafood, or simply as an aperitif.
