Profile & Story
Villa Jolanda is produced by Santero, a family sparkling-wine house founded by the Santero brothers in 1958 in Piedmont's Cuneo province, drawing fruit from five estate vineyards and more than 300 local growers. The I Love You bottling is 100% Prosecco grapes from the hills north of Treviso, hand-harvested and given a low-temperature Charmat fermentation.
Tasting Notes
Light straw yellow with a fine, persistent perlage; intense, fruity aromas lead to a fresh, pleasant palate with notes of pink grapefruit and white peach.
