Villaggio is a Sicilian Pinot Grigio bottled for export, produced from Sicilian-grown fruit fermented at a controlled 15-18C with selected yeasts; a portion of the blend rests briefly on its skins for added depth before maturing in stainless steel.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Fresh, rich aromas of apple and pear with a hint of citrus fruit fade into a light floral bouquet.
