Attis Lías Finas 2024 is a 100% Albariño dry white wine from the Val do Salnés subzone in D.O. Rías Baixas. The grapes are sourced from 50-year-old vineyards with vine arbour training, planted in granitic, sandy-clay Entisol soils and oriented westward toward the Atlantic Ocean. Grapes are hand-harvested into perforated crates and carefully sorted. After complete destemming and pressing, cold debourbage is performed, followed by spontaneous alcoholic fermentation at 12–15°C. The wine is aged for 6 months on lees with batonnage in a combination of stainless steel tanks and oak vats. It undergoes tangential filtration and fining with isinglass.
