About the Wine
Pazo Señorans Albariño 2023 is a young white wine from the D.O. Rías Baixas region of Galicia, Spain, made entirely from 100% Albariño grapes. The vineyard uses the traditional parra (pergola) training system, and harvesting is done manually in September. It is bottled during the same year and is best consumed within 1 to 3 years. This vintage has an alcohol content of 13% by volume, less than 2 g/L of residual sugar, total acidity of 6.4 g/L, and a pH of 3.2. Production is approximately 250,000 bottles.
