About the Wine

A true counterpart to the rosé cuvée, Roseblood Blanc is crafted from AOP Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence fruit in the western reaches of Provence, sourced almost entirely from the estate’s own vineyards. These volcanic slopes, situated at elevations between 800 and 1,000 feet, benefit from abundant sunshine, limited rainfall, and the cooling influence of the Mistral wind. Planted in distinctive clay, limestone, and marl soils, the blend of 77% Rolle (commonly referred to as Vermentino), 15% Sauvignon Blanc, and 8% Sémillon yields fresh, expressive wines — with citrus vibrancy from Rolle, tension and lift from Sauvignon Blanc, and aromatic complexity from Sémillon. The palate balances generosity and roundness with a bright, high-altitude freshness that defines this elegant white.

Tasting Notes

“A delicious and well-rounded white with loads of green apples, pears and blanched almonds on the nose. Medium body with fresh acidity and a lively core of succulent, crunchy fruit and a bright finish. Drink now.” -James Suckling

Pairing Notes

A terrific choice to enhance alfresco lunches, elegant apéritifs, or Provençal-inspired dining. Offering citrus vibrancy, mineral tension, and floral nuance, Roseblood Blanc is a natural companion for crudos and ceviche with citrus and herbs, grilled white fish or seared scallops with a squeeze of lemon, light pastas with spring vegetables or cream sauce, and even a fabulous, Mediterranean-inspired grazing platter with fresh chèvre or feta, hummus, tabbouleh, and marinated olives.
