Tasting Notes
Yarden Gewürztraminer displays enticing tropical fruit, spice and floral characters, along with attractive peach and pear notes. This medium-bodied dry wine is a great combination of satisfying flavor and pleasing drinkability. Enjoyable now, Yarden Gewürztraminer will continue developing in the bottle for some 18 months and remain in excellent drinking condition for about three years from vintage. Try serving the wine with grilled fish with a squeeze of lemon, goat cheese salad with citrus dressing, or a chickpea and apricot tagine.
