Profile & Story
Following a philosophy focused on elegance, balance and aging potential, this wine is produced through natural processes with minimal intervention to faithfully reflect the Almahue terroir. The grapes are hand-harvested early in 14-kg boxes from the historic vineyard blocks #4 and #6 planted in 1945. Fermentation begins spontaneously with native yeasts. Extraction methods are gentle and determined daily through tasting.
