Domaine Valentin Zusslin is a biodynamic family estate in Orschwihr, in Alsace's Haut-Rhin, with a winegrowing tradition going back to the 17th century. The Cremant d'Alsace Brut Zero Rose is 100% Pinot Noir off limestone terroir, raised 18 months sur lattes and finished with no dosage at all (brut nature); 12.5% alcohol. James Suckling awarded it 92 points in 2017, noting that "for its category this is a relatively dry and vinous rose, making it an excellent sparkling wine to accompany a meal."

Pairing Recommendation

Bacon cake (cake aux lardons) and toasted hazelnut tuiles. Serve at 8-10°C.
