Profile & Story

Peyrassol is an ancient Provencal estate at the foothills of the Massif des Maures, first planted under the Knights Templar in the 13th century. La Croix draws on organically farmed fruit from the estate's own vineyards around Coudonnier together with neighboring growers, for an easygoing, everyday take on Provencal rose.

Tasting Notes

Pale pink with cool, bluish reflections. Ripe peach and white flowers lead the nose, opening onto a crisp, bright palate of citrus with a touch of orange-candy sweetness, finishing on fine, savory bitters.
