Cabeças do Reguengo is a small estate and agrotourism property in Portalegre, in the Serra de São Mamede subregion of Alentejo. Respiro Lagar is a skin-contact field blend of indigenous white varieties, foot-crushed in a traditional stone lagar and fermented with native yeasts.

Tasting Notes

Mint, tangerine, and florals on the nose; juicy citrus, apple skins, and mineral on the palate, with nice acidity balancing the floral and mineral notes for a delicious, refreshing glass.
