Also from Carlos Raposo's Dão project (see Impecável), Ideal Tinto blends Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Alfrocheiro, and Jaen. It is fermented in stainless steel, then aged in a combination of used Puligny-Montrachet barrels and concrete.
