Profile & Story

Roumery is a cuvée from Château des Ferrages, an estate in Côtes de Provence, from parcels around Pourcieux and Pourrières at the foot of Mont Aurélien and Mont Sainte-Victoire on red-clay limestone soils. It blends Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Rolle (Vermentino), and Clairette, harvested at night and stabilized on the fine lees before aging in stainless steel.

Tasting Notes

Fresh and fruity, with aromas of strawberry, grapefruit, citrus, and peach; well-balanced, smooth, and full on the palate.
