Tasting Notes
Pale yellow, with aromas of citrus fruits — grapefruit, ripe lemon, nectarine — alongside a fresh vegetal note; non-aggressive tannins balance the fruit for a very dry wine with a slight, refreshing sourness on the finish, approachable even for those new to skin-fermented whites.
