Pó de Poeira is made by winemaker Jorge Moreira at Quinta do Poeira in Provesende, in the heart of the Douro's Pinhão Valley — the estate's 'second wine', from vines grown on stonier soil with smaller canopies. It blends Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, and Sousão.

Tasting Notes

Deep purple in color, with expressive aromas of plum, mocha, and cassis; fine-grained tannins are impeccably balanced with refreshing acidity and a firm, full body, closing on a very long, dry finish.
