Bojo do Luar is a collaborative natural-wine project in Portugal's Vinho Verde region between importer Savio Soares and biodynamic producer Fernando Paiva. Doralice is 100% Loureiro, organically farmed on granitic soils in Arcos de Valdevez from vines around 40 years old; ground chestnut flowers join the must before fermentation as a natural stabilizer, then the wine macerates for six to eight weeks with 10% whole clusters, ferments spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in concrete and stainless steel, and is bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur.
