Bojo do Luar P'tchin 2025

Bojo do Luar is a collaborative natural-wine project in Portugal's Vinho Verde region, begun when importer Savio Soares partnered with biodynamic producer Fernando Paiva and viticulturist Antonio Sousa; the project farms organically, making its own compost and using beneficial herbs, with minimal-intervention, near-monastic winemaking. A signature technique across most of the range is adding ground chestnut flowers to the grapes and must before fermentation as a natural stabilizer. P'tchin is made from 100% Azal, a rare grape variety native to the southeastern part of Vinho Verde.
