Domaine Bersan is a family estate in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux in northern Burgundy; Jean-Louis Bersan and his father Jean-Christophe began farming organically in 2009, achieved certification in 2012, and have gradually incorporated biodynamic practices across their 22 hectares. This wine comes from Kimmeridgian limestone soils just west of Chablis — Saint-Bris is Burgundy's only appellation dedicated to Sauvignon Blanc.
Tasting Notes
Very aromatic, with grapefruit and floral notes; medium-bodied, with citrus and mineral character on the palate and a crisp, mouthwatering finish.
