Ameztoi is a family estate in Getaria, Basque Country, that has made wine since the 1820s. Rubentis, first produced in the 1990s, is considered the original Getariako Txakolina rose. It is a field blend of 50% Hondarrabi Beltza (red) and 50% Hondarrabi Zuri (white) estate grapes. ABV 11%.

Tasting Notes

The importer describes it as a rose of exceptional vibrancy, complexity, and fun - the original txakoli rose. Style-typical addition: pale salmon-pink color, aromas of citrus and red berries, with the characteristic light natural spritz of Getaria txakoli.
