Profile & Story
Le Grand Cros is a 30-hectare family estate in the Cotes de Provence appellation, at the foot of the Massif des Maures, acquired by the Faulkner family in 1989. "La Fleur" is the entry point to the Grand Cros range: a blend of 45% Grenache, 33% Cinsault, 8.5% Syrah, 4.5% Mourvedre, 4.5% Cabernet, 4% Rolle, and 0.5% Semillon. The estate holds HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) certification.
Tasting Notes
Light melon colour. Fresh and subtle nose with notes of red berries and rhubarb. The palate is fresh and fruity with mineral notes on the finish. Best served at 9-10C.
