Mas Amiel is a historic Maury estate in the French Roussillon, producing vin doux naturel from old-vine Grenache grown on the region's schist soils. The 20 Ans d'Age is a blend of vintages averaging twenty years old: after an initial year aging outdoors in glass demijohns under the sun, the wine is transferred to old oak casks for a minimum of two decades of oxidative aging, in the solera-like tradition of the appellation. Blend approximately 90% Grenache Noir, 5% Maccabeu, 5% Carignan.
