Minuty Prestige Blanc was created over 25 years ago by Jean-Etienne and Francois Matton, the third generation of the family estate in Provence. Made from a careful selection of grapes from the finest terroirs of Cotes de Provence; vinified with low-temperature fermentation to preserve freshness, no malolactic fermentation. ABV 12.5%.
Tasting Notes
Pale gold color with tangy highlights. The nose reveals the richness of Rolle with notes of lemon and white flowers. On the palate, crisp freshness enhanced by citrus and pineapple aromas, finishing airy and refined.

Recommended with seafood and sunny cuisine: spicy sardine preparations, scallop carpaccio, citrus ceviche, sushi, and grilled fish.
