Champagne Gallois is a small grower-producer house based in Vertus, on the Cote des Blancs, with additional Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier holdings on the slopes above the Marne in Damery; founded in 1996, the domaine farms sustainably and specializes almost exclusively in Chardonnay-driven, 1er Cru-classified cuvees. This Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru is a 100% Chardonnay Brut sourced from the house's Vertus vineyards.
