Troupis Winery was established in 2003 by the Troupis family and is today run by winemaker Yiannis Troupis, farming organically in the Mantinia region of the central Peloponnese at 650-800m elevation, with fruit for this wine sourced from Agiorgitiko vineyards on the hills surrounding the Nemea plain. "Fteri" undergoes a few days of cold maceration to preserve fruit purity and color.
