Domaine Frédéric Esmonin is a family estate in Gevrey-Chambertin farmed by Frédéric alongside his parents André and Michèle, who began bottling under their own name in 1988 after generations of selling fruit to Burgundy négociants such as Drouhin, Jadot and Leroy.
Tasting Notes
100% Pinot Noir from the Les Genevrières vineyard. Light red in the glass, with aromas of tart cranberry, ripe strawberry and hints of brown spice; the palate offers soft cherry easing into fleshed-out raspberry, on a bright, elongated finish.
