Feudo Montoni has farmed its historic estate in the interior hills of Sicily since 1469 and is today overseen by Fabio Sireci, the third generation of the family, working organically at altitude in Cammarata.
Tasting Notes
Rosé di Adele, named for a rose garden the family patriarch dedicated to his wife Adele, is 100% Nerello Mascalese aged sur lie in cement with bâtonnage. Pale onion-skin pink, it offers rose petal and white flower aromas with clove, pomegranate and wild strawberry, finishing fresh, persistent and savory.
