Gonet-Médeville is a grower Champagne house founded in 2000 by Xavier Gonet and Julie Médeville, farming Premier and Grand Cru parcels across Bisseuil, Ambonnay and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. The house blocks malolactic fermentation and keeps dosage minimal to preserve tension and purity of fruit.
Tasting Notes
A blend of roughly 70% Chardonnay from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and 30% Pinot Noir from Ambonnay, with a small addition of still red wine for color. A fine, lively mousse carries notes of raspberry purée, peach skin and walnut oil, with dried herb and mineral hints on a balanced, racy finish.
