Profile & Story

Serafini e Vidotto was founded in 1986 by Francesco Serafini and Antonello Vidotto on the Montello hills near Nervesa della Battaglia in the Veneto, an estate best known for its Bordeaux-style blends. The pair began planting Pinot Nero in the early 1990s on the best-suited parcels of the Montello.

Tasting Notes

100% Pinot Nero grown on the Montello hills. Aromas of ripe red cherry and raspberry are intertwined with subtle notes of violet, tea leaf and rhubarb; medium-bodied, with silky, ripe tannins beautifully integrated into an elegant texture.
